Executive meetings will be held every second thursday of the month. The executive committee reserves the right to terminate any member who has been absent from the meetings mor than 3 times without reason. Each committee member must give adequate notice when resigning their post to the club. Each member will commence with the pledge of allegiance, followed by a moment of silence for the WTC tragedy, then a greeting, a review of previous topics and introduction to the new current events, reminders, openthe floor to questions or comments and final departure.
